The timeline has two parts. First, production usually takes about one business day after your photo is approved. Then the shipping clock starts when the parcel is dispatched. Economy shipping

Economy costs $20 and takes about 20 business days after dispatch. It is the budget option for buyers who are not in a rush. The parcel travels with tracking where available and arrives in plain packaging.

Expedited shipping

Expedited costs $50 and takes 10-14 business days after dispatch. It is the middle option and the most common choice for customers who want a balance of speed and price.

Super Express shipping

Super Express costs $120 and takes 5-8 business days after dispatch. It is the fastest option and the only tier with a delivery guarantee. If a non-Super Express parcel goes missing, a reprint costs extra, so the guarantee is the main reason to upgrade.

What every tier includes

All three tiers ship in discreet, unmarked envelopes with no reference to the contents. Tracking is provided once the parcel is dispatched. The tier only changes speed and price, not the packaging or the card quality.

How to choose
